I’d say my wife because she’s in the room with me right now but I’ll just give her a long hug and type this behind her back. I have a friend who’s very well rounded and they are in their dream profession as a nurse, he’s got good relationships with both his parents and has a healthy relationship with his girlfriend. He was a product of coparenting because his parents got divorced when we were in middle school, but despite his home life being in shambles they managed to raise a freaking beast of a guy. Their relationship is what has a positive impact on me, because they’re two opposing forces that hate each other but they still came together through a mutual love for their son. it teaches me that even when you freakin hate someone, you can still find a unifying factor to work on with them. Then when that unifying factor becomes an adult you can go back to properly hating them. Their divorce made a ripple effect in their sons middle school friends life and has inspired me to truly love my enemies, because one day, I could raise a pretty awesome kid with them!
